IPS Industry TGP BlueLine – Whole-Building Limescale Protection
The IPS Industry TGP BlueLine is an inline water treatment system designed to reduce limescale formation across an entire building. Installed at the main water inlet, it protects pipework, valves, taps, shower heads, and water-heating elements by disrupting the formation of hard limescale deposits as water flows through the system.
Suitable for Drinking and Hot Water
The IPS Industry TGP BlueLine is suitable for both cold (drinking) and hot water installations and is manufactured exclusively from materials approved for permanent contact with potable water. It is certified to relevant drinking-water standards and verified for hydraulic safety, pressure resistance, and long-term durability.
- Corrosion-resistant and temperature-stable
Robust, Maintenance-Free Design
- Durable stainless steel body
- Designed for continuous operation
- Expected lifespan of at least 10 years
- 2 years warranty
- No maintenance required
Sizing & Flow Capacity
The IPS Industry TGP BlueLine is available in a DN 50 flange connection size designed for higher system flow rates. Correct sizing is essential to ensure effective whole-building protection and stable hydraulic performance.
- BlueLine DN 50 – maximum flow up to 12 m³/h
The device uses the same internal technology as other BlueLine models, with size-specific flow capacity and pressure-drop characteristics.
Using patented TGP® (Turbulent Galvanic Polarisation) technology, the BlueLine achieves a confirmed limescale reduction efficiency of up to 76%. The process is entirely physical and operates without external energy, chemicals, or consumable filters, ensuring reliable, long-term performance with no ongoing maintenance.
